Yes. There are no monthly caps. We do apply a Fair Usage Policy to keep the network healthy — see the home page for details.

Are there contracts or cancellation fees?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice — you only pay for the next billing cycle.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. We’ll WhatsApp or call you to schedule a time.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes — once per month, free of charge. Just ask via WhatsApp or your customer portal and the change takes effect on your next billing date.

What happens if my area has no LTE coverage?

You can still register your interest. We’ll notify you the moment your area is covered — no payment until service is active.
